Just back in Ireland having stayed two nights again in the Premeir Inn.
Had a brill time and would highly recommened this hotel. The hotel was spotless and on arrival we were givin a double room, asked to change to a twin adn it was no problem The staff in the hotel and the Lee Burn are so pleasant and helpful u couldnt find better adn believe me I have stayed in many hotels. They go out of their way to make ur stay comfortable and relaxing. The food, waiters, waitresses and bar staff was excellent in the Lee Burn. Can't wait to stay again .

Stayed at the Premier inn Nerston Toll late January in room 8 with my pregnant wife and 1 year old toddler. The Check in was extermely easy and as usual the normal smiley receptionist that cant do enough for you.

Room was clean the travel cot was made up and just your usual premier inn. Nice stay and would recomend to anyone wanting to go to the EK shopping centre as its very close by. There is also a Frankie and Benny's and 24 mcdonalds accross the car park from the hotel.

we had stayed at the strathclyde holiday inn express the night before which we found awful so this hotel was a welcome relief.

Would stay here again !

Usually stop over in Bellshill Premier Inn but fancied a change. A much better location for us as closer to travel links. Excellent on site facilities with the Lee Burn restaurant and bar. Also you can get breakfast at the nearby McDonalds or Frankie and Benny's. Guests are well recevied and the rooms are comfortable. Despite being located at a major junction, noise wasn't an issue. Will be staying there again in the near future. Only down side, tv is not remote controlled!

Room Tip: Don't be put off if you get a room next to the lift. We never heard a thing!

We stayed here after a days christmas shopping. We had 2 rooms booked, 1 family and 1 for an older family friend. Rooms were good, food in restaurant next door was excellent. Unlike previous premier inn's the restaurant is next door and not within the building so you can get wet going for breakfast. The receptionist was extremely friendly and polite both in the evening and again in the morning. Our family friend was booked on the 1st floor rather than beside us on the ground floor as she was a lone female, she appreciated this extra safety measure.

Only complaint was the corridor noise, it did feel like paper thin walls. Every time someone moved upstairs or along to other rooms on our floor you heard every step.

Having arrived very late in Glasgow and just looking forward to a bed of any description, my family and I were very surprised to be greeted by smiles and a warm welcome to the Premier Inn at Nerston Toll. There were even spare pillows in the room, which helped us all sleep soundly.
