When we arrived at the restaurant, it had a cozy and spacious atmosphere with a cool ceiling display, and we were excited for the meal. We ordered the all-you-can-eat sushi and were handed three order sheets, followed by a lengthy 10-minute explanation of how the system worked. Even after the explanation, we had to ask at least five more questions, as the rules were quite confusing.
The first sheet, which listed the appetizers, could only be submitted once. The other two sheets had to be sent in two rounds, but there were further restrictions. For instance, some items could only be ordered once per person, and there were more limitations beyond that. With all these restrictions, it didn’t feel like a true "all-you-can-eat" experience.
One of the servers was kind enough, but the other seemed like she didn’t really want to be there.
We eventually placed our order, trying our best to get it right. The sushi was beautifully presented, but unfortunately, it was so dry that we could barely swallow it without drinking a lot of water. This was really disheartening, as we were looking forward to the meal and had ordered quite a lot.
The appetizers were decent, but sadly, the sushi quality dragged down the entire experience.
