Hotel is located across from Nagoya Hill Mall, near the hotel there are also several cheap hotels and expensive. The location is also adjacent to several restaurants and places to buy souvenirs. Transportation easily obtained, either by taxi or public transport (often referred to as Metro Trans). Depending on choice of hotel rooms, but simple and reasonably clean. For breakfast is also quite simple, not too many options, which must correspond to the price.

Checked in on a Friday afternoon due to a flight cancellation. Tariff for a superior room was fixed at 600,000IDR. Should be worth around 400,000IDR.
Pros:-
1. Very close to the nagoya hypermarket
2. Spacious parking lot with plenty of hotel taxis available at clearly printed prices
3. Check in was very fast and methodical
4. Nice infrastructure (but largely unkept)

Cons :-
1. Value for money poor
2. Property either under renovation or nobody takes care the general administration
3. Rooms are equipped with gadgetry as would befit a good budget hotel
4. English is very poor among most of their staff making it difficult to make them understand a point if there is an issue

In all I would sum up that this property has promising features but seems none in the hotel side is serious about this! I would return back only if there is improvement.

Stay for a night using groupon voucher in room 350. Room was spacious and bed is big but only 2 flat pillows. No safe box in the room and fridge looks stained and dirty. Toilet , showered half way and drainage hole was choking slowly. The basin too have choking drain. Better close the curtains cause there is nothing to see from the window in the room.

This hotel is walking distance across the road just opposite Nagoya shopping centre.

It is well worth for the money. It is cheap, 3 min walk to nagoya shopping mall, excellent breakfast spread and very good customer service. Will definitely book there again.
Oh, and the bed is very very comfortable.

Travelled there as a couple and it was our first time staying at this hotel. Check in was fast. The counter staffs were polite and friendly. The room we got was the refurbished room. Room was cosy, wall was painted orange. Bed was comfy but pillow was kind of too soft. The room itself is cold and we could sleep without oning it. The view from the room wasnt really pleasant; it's an old building. The place is undergoing some renovation and we can smell kerosene at the lift lobby area. But the staffs were alert and I heard them saying there's kerosene smell and they even went to investigate where the smell is coming from. Shopping wise, cross a road and you'll reach Nagoya mall. Cross another road and you will reach The Spa Secret. Breakfast wise was okay. Would recommend fussy eater to go Nagoya mall for breakfast. Overall, would like to stay this hotel again after it is fully renovated.
