I stop at premier inns all the time because it it where my company books me. The problem now it is getting cold is that the heating system, you turn on an within 5 minutes it is off even though the room was still freezing. I went to reception where they gave me a oil filled electric radiator which was brilliant.

But why have rubbish electric heaters on walls if they don't work.

I am sure I am not the first to complain and it will get worse now it is getting colder.

No body want to get out of the shower into a room as cold as an igloo.

Like I said in the title, Everything is Premier apart from the heating system.

Booked this premier inn as I combined a family trip to Sunderland to see family and watch the game v Bristol City at stadium of light.
The premier inn is in a good location for Sunderland City centre and the stadium of light so ideal if travelling for the football. If you are staying here you can leave car in car park for the football.
It’s well catered for families as well and we had a family room with cot and sofa bed ready.
Only problem is their is no breakfast offering although there are other establishments nearby.
