“great vacation house”
Reviewed 27 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

The villa is located in the midst of the beautiful Lazio area, and about one hour drive from the center of Rome. The area is rich with archaeological sites especially from the Etruscan culture, the amazing Villa Lante, endless woods where one can wonder around on foot or bicycle and small shops that offer cheese, meat, vegetables, fresh pasta and all the other good things that Italy has to offer. The villa itself is beautiful, with huge grounds. Everything is well kept, and though we were not able to use the pool because of the weather, it looks great. Michela, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful.
We come to Italy at least once a year, usually to Tuscany, but now we added Lazio as a preferred destination to our family travel map.

“A paradise immersed in nature”
Reviewed 8 January 2017 for a stay in June 2016

We have had a wonderful time at your beautiful place. The food has been excellent and the hospitality is amazing. It’s such a peaceful place which was just what we needed as a contrast to our normal, hectic life. Thank you so much for everything. Hope to see you again, maybe with our families next time.

“Perfect Villa ”
Reviewed 24 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We stayed for a week at La Trinita and loved it. The house is beautiful and yet really comfortable too. It has a great pool so we spent a lot of time relaxing at the villa but we also visited interesting places in the local area and also made a couple of trips to Rome. The owners were really helpful and explained how everything worked and gave us lots of useful tips about the area too. It was a brilliant location for a family holiday and we hope to go back.

We thank you for your words of appreciation for our estate and we are happy to read you enjoyed the surroundings, because Tuscia is a jewel in Central Italy with its numberous historical and archeological venues still to be discovered. We would love to host you again!

“Great house in Lazio”
Reviewed 18 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

Excellent place, large, very clean, very quiet, Surrounded by a great park. We were a family of 4, including two young children - they loved the swimming pool and could bike around the place safely. Paolo and Michela were very kind and helpful. The area has lots of things to do and see and is child friendly - close to the sea and a few lakes, with good and relatively inexpensive restaurants. Close enough to Rome for day trips or spend a few days in the city sightseeing at the end of your stay. Very highly recommended.

“A wonderful place to stay”
Reviewed 12 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Villa la Trinita is a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Northern Lazio...in particular the Tusca area. It is only an hour from Rome and in the middle of Etruscan history. It is near Sutri where we spent three hours exploring and enjoying surprising features including ancient caves with frescoes and an amazing Roman amphitheatre. A short drive away are unique Italian gardens (Villa Lante) and a remarkable peony flower farm (Vitorchiano) covering many acres. The Palazzo Farnese at Caprarola is a must see for anyone appreciating frescoes and Viterbo is close by and and full of papal history.
Villa la Trinita is a jewel in a tranquil country setting to return to after busy days in the beautiful countryside. Our stay with Michaela was a highlight of our 4 weeks touring Italy.
