Room very comfortable quiet and clean. Staff exceptionally friendly, tolerant and helpful despite late evening arrival. Would go back. Easy to access in a leisure precinct. Best value for money have stayed at.

We were in town for a conference. Arrived a little early but were able to gain admission. Our room was conveniently located on the ground floor. Each room has its own verandah where those staying can slip outside to enjoy the weather and beverages. Breakfast is served in the room. If you're travelling with young folk there is entertainment available. If you need to have a drink there's a bottle shop, bar and bistro available. As stated a good range of faclities on site.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms are easily accessible from the Front Desk.

Stayed at Warners at the bay (several times) over just as many months. Each time I have enjoyed it. The rooms that i have stayed in are spacious and clean. Free wifi, room service is great (as food (dinner) comes from the pub out the front. The only let down is that it can be abit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights due to the pub (bands, drunken fools) but otherwise it's pretty good. The staff are friendly and are always up for a chat. There is an on-site laundry if you need to use it. No pool (that i have noticed) thou but the lake is not far away. For families that have kids, there is a bowling alley nextdoor aswell as a gym for those that like to workout.

Room Tip: Good hotel for a quick stopover

Stayed here last night. Staff very friendly, room very clean. Was quiet, despite being quite full. Extremely good value. Accessibility was easy. Car parking was directly out the front of motel, which is right back off the busy Hillsbough Road. Food was also quite nice. All in all, a pleasant stay.
