We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the calm setting. We started with the local cheese plate and a margherita pizza both of which were very fresh and tasty. From there we had pasta with aubergine, roasted vegetables and spitfire pork. All were delicious. We ended with coffees and the dessert trio and panna cotta. Only complaint was having to chase for the bill so much that we had to ask the owner who was not too happy to help. It also was odd to have the owner at the start of the meal to offer to show us around the masseria after the meal, to then at the end just be handed a business card and shown the door. These interactions with the owner put me and my wife off at the idea of staying at the masseria in the future should the owner show such lacklustre customer service. But again the food is great!
