We went to Thirroul beach, on Cliff parade last Sunday for a Bar-b-q & Swim and it was just lovely.
The beach has a real family atmosphere to it. A lot of families were out there to enjoy the day. It has very good facilities, large children's play ground, ample parking, showers, toilets every thing you need. It is also close to shops, so you can buy food easily as well. It is just over 1 hours drive from Sydney. Please make this a place to visit.

Situated in the heart of Thirroul there is no better place to grab a beer or 10 in the hot sunny afternoon. Lovely outdoor area with affordable beer prices. Could go there every afternoon.
