This place is "over the top, " in a good way. Reminds me of Wall Drug, South Dakota albeit Wall Drug is much bigger.
Log Barn is a "tourist trap" along highway 97a in British Columbia. As you're driving by, the sheer volume of odd statuary will grab your attention first. It has a main building surrounded by outlandish statues, including lots of dinosaurs. Inside the main building are various tourist trinkets one can buy, plus a good selection of eats. My wife and I both enjoyed it. Parking is free.

We stopped by the Log Barn and this is our first time as a couple and two Japanese students. We enjoyed what we were seeing upon entry. It makes the place fun for everyone even adults. We enjoyed the goats climbing up the bridge and goats getting the corn in the can by raising the rope. How cool was that? Had a taste test of the spinach dip and sausage and they were delicious. You can not go wrong coz this is no entrance fee.

With the school year slowly approaching I thought it would be fun for my son and I to go see the drive-in in Enderby BC. We spent the night in Armstrong and on our way to the drive-in we noticed this cool place called the log barn. The next day we went back to check it out. The flowers were unbelievable. The goats were lots of fun to watch as they figured out how to get the food from the customers. The statues were amazing. All in all, it was a nice little getaway for a few days.

Thank you for your post. Barb takes great pride in her baskets and barrels of flowers around the property. Barb does and amazing job all summer long to keep them looking beautiful. I will pass your comment along to her, this will make her day. The Log Barn has new owners and we welcome you back in 2018 to see all the new things we have in store for the business. This is a decent place to stop for snacks. There's a ton of fun things for kids. I would give this place a much higher rating if I didn't feel so bad for the horses. It was a scorching hot day and they were kept in a fenced area with no shade. They were huddled under a small amount of shade that was coming from a tiny tree while we were there. Please build a proper structure for them to get shade in these hot days!

Hi thank you for the post. The horses are well taken care of at the Log Barn, the water is changed regularly and we have two structures on the property to provide shade within the fenced area? We welcome you back to take a look if you like? There is no need to build a structure, we offer two covered areas for our horses. If I get a chance I will post it on our Facebook page, we welcome you to take a look. Warm regards from the Log Barn team

After a few hours driving, we saw the statues and we stopped. We didn't stop because of a previous recommendation. My kids enjoyed the photos around with the dinosaurs, watching the goats, etc
They didn't ask for a fee to get it. We even bought the sausages that we made in a camping fire. I recommend you to stop. You can stay 5 minutes or more (we stayed almost an hour). I like it because my kids had a great time
