The interior design of this private villa is super cosy and spacious. Had some hiccups when we first arrived at the villa but it was all sorted out efficiently and professionally by Eti and her management crew (Kudos to the team!!) Had 3 wonderful nights in the villa (with private swimming pool) and the staff were very friendly and accomodating with our requests. However, breakfast was quite limited and maybe an area for improvement for the hotel? Location of this property is very good, super convenient to many nearby restaurants and cafe. Do try our Al-Bazaar and KNRK Cafe for lunch / dinner (about 3 mins walk from the hotel). They belong to the same owner so you can order both menus at either restaurant, which means more choices (YAY!!). And kuta beach is about 12 mins walk away.
We stayed here for 2 nights in one of the Villas. We had the part of the villa that has 4 rooms. A living room including an open kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful bedroom with a great bed. The only thing you share is the pool and the garden, but since we had no neighbours at the time we were there we had everything to ourselves. Everything was clean. There was a guide for our villa, the resort itself and for Lombok. The staff is really helpful and kind. They made sure our stay here was without any worries. We had a delayed flight, so we would arrive after the reception closed (22:00). As soon as we landed on the airport, we made a call asking if we were still able to check in after closing time. This was possible they said. When we arrived it turned out the girl behind the reception was waiting for us even when everybody left! Great service!
Overall, this is the perfect place to stay in Kuta.
A group of 3 friends stayed here in March 2017. Whilst the hotel is great very modern and extremely clean. We booked a 1 bedroom villa and was told that this would accommodate 3 adults perfectly. Upon arrival we were informed that there was only 1 bed and that we were expected 3 people to share the bed. Upon negotiation we had a seperate bed placed into the room.
There is no difference between the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas if you book a 1 bedroom villa you are simply only booking one of the bedrooms in the 2 bed villas so will be sharing the private pool with your neighbours and depending which bedroom you get will depend on if you get a kitchen a telephone a seating area or not. This is something the resort needs to look into as the room we had did not have any amenities such as a bottle opener or telephone to call the front desk.
The big upside to this was the incredible bathrooms that are in the villas these villas have been finished off to an expentional standard and this did make up for the confusion of sharing a 2 bed villa with strangers. There is a connecting door to the room next door and you can hear everything even a whisper from the next room is very clear.
The breakfast and food available was good and the location to the other parts of Kuta is easily accessible and only a short walk. There is a lovely restaurant opposite called Milk Espresso which has amazing food and coffee definitely worth checking out.
