“Fantastic!”
Reviewed 10 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Beautiful house in a very peaceful location. The approach road is unmade and long but we felt that was part of the charm. The garden is very large with plenty of garden furniture which we made full use of as the weather was lovely. You can walk up Cleeve Hill from the house so do not need to use a car if you are well stocked up foodwise, but close to Cheltenham if not. The house is a home rather than a holiday house and as such is equipped with everything you could possibly want. It is clean, warm and comfortable. We were there for a family birthday celebration (10 of us) and it was perfect. Definitely hope to return!

“Surpassed Our Expectations”
Reviewed 30 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

The description did not do this justice. There is an excellent garden, perfect for children, and very private. We had a barbecue on most fine evenings and there is a great terrace with ample seating for all.

“Beautiful rural location and a very well equipped, comfortable cottage”
Reviewed 1 January 2015 for a stay in December 2014

We stayed in this lovely cottage over Christmas. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the agar kept the place very warm and cosy.
The track leading down is a little tricky to negotiate the first time, but you soon get used to it and the views are really worth it.
There were 7 adults and 2 children in our party and it was great to be in a spacious place where you didn't feel on top of one another, the lounge and kitchen / diner are a really good size, as too was the master bedroom with another lovely view.
The owners also couldn't be nicer and they went out of their way to make us feel at home.
Would definitely recommend this cottage to others and would love to come back again

“Excellent cottage”
Reviewed 17 November 2014 for a stay in November 2014

Delightful cottage, warm and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone (9 of us stayed) to eat and sit in the lounge together. The owners were extremely helpful and flexible to our needs. Fab views over Cheltenham, and would be perfect for walks over the common.

The only thing to bear in mind is that the track to it is pretty rough, steep and bumpy (and a little scary in the dark!) All of us managed it fine in regular cars, but it may not be suitable for very low cars or very nervous drivers!

I would thoroughly recommend this cottage, we had a lovely stay.
