What a great day and experience! Many thanks to Elida and Peter for making the tour so enjoyable. Along our tour we visited the local coffee place, honey store, winery and finished up at the chocolate factory. Most importantly thank you to Johnny and Toffee for being the best tour guides, they truly are amazing animals!
Thank you Gemma :)
its a hoot - the tour guide knows his stuff, and of course the local vendors...and of course full of stories and humour....nominate to get off at the last winery - and arrange pick up from there.....
Ha ha But some people love being close to those big bottomed horses :) Glad you enjoyed your tour.
A really great experience with friendly people but watch out for the sparky lady with the whip. The best way to take a wine tasting trip,
We had a beautiful afternoon seeing some of the lovely sights the Swan Valley has to offer, thanks to the 2 friendly people of the Swan Valley Wagon Tours. We would totally recommend for anyone & everyone to do it!
What a thoroughly enjoyable way to take in some of the Swan Valley. Our hosts Alida & Peter were fantastic - showcasing their horse skills and extensive knowledge of the area which was fantastic for ourselves and our UK friends visiting WA. Stopping at a great coffee place, wineries for tastings and just taking in the beautiful views at an extremely peaceful pace behind the gorgeous Shire horse Johnny and Clydesdale Toffee, on a beautiful Sunday morning - what could be better!! Would recommend Swan Valley Wagon Tours for anyone wanting a small glimpse of the Swan Valley in an alternative 'step back in time' way. We had a fantastic time, thanks Alida & Peter - Sue, Pete, Debbie & Chris
Thanks, we enjoyed your company too :)
Started with meeting the horses and chance to take photos. Then off we went with funny stories and history interwoven. We visited a couple of wineries, Aboriginal art gallery and bush foods, Ice creamery. The wagon ride was a unique way and lovely to visit these places. Looking forward to doing it again when they change the route.
