I booked this accommodation for a visit to Abersoch so I could compete in a triathlon based in the town. Everything about our stay was fantastic.
Michelle is a lovely host. The rooms were decorated to a very high standard we had a super king size bed, with a separate showered bathroom. Everything was spotless. Michelle and Kevin are warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even the fact I needed a very early breakfast on race day. So the evening before Michelle allowed us in to the kitchen and helped us sort out how we might sort our own breakfast so we could be up and away to the race venue by 6.30am
As for the actually breakfast we were treated to a fantastic English breakfast on Friday, and on departing our departing day Sunday. So much breakfast we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day.
Overall a fabulous stay with warm and generous hosts. I cannot recommend a stay here enough.
When we visit Abersoch again we will try to ensure we can stay with Michelle and Kevin again. Hopefully next time if I am not racing we can look forward even more fantastic English breakfast.
Visiting relatives in Pwhelli we saw this on the internet. Property is situated on main road, it was easy to see the hotel sign to,find it. We telephoned the owner to say we were arriving later than our anticipated check in time and this was accepted without fuss. Ample free parking. On arrival we were met by Michelle who we found to be very friendly and showed us to our room. We were in room 3, a double. It had tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water and a welcome chocolate biscuit. Compact bathroom beautifully clean with lovely hot shower. Quality shower gel and soap provided. There was a TV. Beautifully clean, I believe we had a new duvet on the bed. The bed was extremely comfortable, I am a light sleeper and soon dozed off. Michelle took our breakfast order and I understand husband was sent into town to get a big bag of hash browns! We did not want to drive the very dark, dangerous road to Pwllheli so walked a few yards out the door to the right to local pub. They stop serving food at 20.30. I has undecided which cask ale to have and young bar tender let me have small glass to help decide. Meals were great, and they accepted card payment. We also saw supermarket and cash machine nearby. We booked a time for breakfast, food was cooked beautifully and I was even tempted to have a second filter coffee it was that nice. We only stayed one night, we were made to feel, welcomed, valued and not just a number. This is an immaculately presented bed and breakfast reflecting the love and character from the owners. Many thanks.
The property was in a very good clean condition with plenty of parking space. The kitchen was nicely fitted out and well stocked.
