“A lovely property and super location”
Reviewed 10 August 2016 for a stay in June 2016

My husband and I stayed at Pear Tree Cottage for 4 nights at the end of June and found it to be very much a 5 star property. The décor and standard of fittings and furniture was excellent we could not have asked for more. The location is so handy for strolls along the beach or visits to local towns and gardens. Being on one level it is excellent for the 'not so mobile' like me. I can genuinely say this cottage is exceptional!

“Great little cottage in great location”
Reviewed 10 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Pear Tree Cottage was perfect for our weekend stay - I only wish we could have stayed longer! It's very convenient for the Witterings beach, Chichester and various cute country pubs - Jill and Patrick even offered to help book somewhere for us in advance. The cottage is well equipped with little bits and bobs like tea bags and things to make the stay extra homely and there is parking right outside. Would definitely stay again!

“Amazing stay, in a beautiful cottage close to Goodwood for events and the Witterings”
Reviewed 4 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

A beautifully furnished cottage where all the little things are taken care of so you can concentrate on enjoying your stay.
We stayed for 5 nights as it was close to Goodwood and we were going for the Festival of Speed, the cottage is only 8 miles from Goodwood. It is easy to get there and save some journey time each day via the country roads to cut out some of the busy main roads.
It was also close to a beautiful pub/restaurant on Dell Quay called the Crown and Anchor which Jill and Patrick our hosts had kindly pre booked for us. They were delighted to recommend local places to eat and there is a handy where to eat guide in the cottage as well as maps and information on a host of other attractions and things to do - see what I mean when I say they have thought of everything - they have!
Parking is right beside the cottage and there is plenty of space to sit out on the terrace and relax after a busy day.
The cottage is light and bright but also cosy, so great for summer and winter stays. It is really well equipped with a lovely kitchen, so if you felt like eating in, there is everything you would need there, just bring your food!
All in all you can really relax and unwind, Jill and Patrick look after you but don't interfere, and you are surrounded by Chichester and some beautiful scenery in a gorgeous part of the world.
We have already recommended Pear Tree Cottage to our friends up here in North Yorkshire.

“Wonderful place to stay .”
Reviewed 17 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

My partner and I stayed 3 nights last week in this beautifully appointed cottage . Comfy bed ,quiet, and the cottage was very well equipped. Lovely location especially for bird watching as Pagham Harbour and Medmerry RSPB reserve are nearby. Also country walks from the doorstep and our dog was allowed to come too! The Crab and Lobster in Sidlesham ....excellent eating place. Great hosts, Jill and Patrick . Will definitely return.
