Ok,i stayed in Sabai inn for two weeks at the end of june 2012 and what a pleasant stay it was.!!
The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff where ALL very polite and helpful, the manager Mr Aan couldnt do enough to assist his guests without being overbearing.
Sabai inn is in soi 2 which is an ideal retreat from the bars and bustle of Pattaya city but is still close enough to the "action" to be anywhere by bhat bus within 5 mins.
I will definatly be using this hotel again....

I recently returned to Pattaya and stayed at the Sabai Inn again. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very professional. Little to no noise from the clubs and the crowds of Beach or Second Road.

The restaurant across the Soi serves a very good breakfast buffet.

The only small issue I had is the air-conditioners do not have temperature controls. It's just low, medium or high speed so you have to go with your best guess on what you'll need.

All in all another great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Good and helpful staff, big but dark rooms. I haven't any problems with safety and cleansing. Hotel isn't noisy, not much youth. The disposition between Second Road and Beach Road, but far from Walking street by foot, although by songtheo about 7 minuts.

The Sabai Inn in Pattaya is a great place to stay. It is far enough from the main strip that quiet seems to permeate the area rather than traffic noises or noisy bars...yet a short walk will take you to the beach and the main drag. The breakfasts at Sabai are fantastic...everything you may want to have to start your day...including someone to cook your eggs to your specifications...non-stop coffee or tea...a variety of breads and fruits...all kinds of salads...but wake up early, it all stops by 10:00am. The rooms are spacious with cable TV and king-sized beds and a separate sitting area. One tiny thing ( and maybe it is fixed by now ) was the difficulty in keeping their Wi-Fi up and running properly. Other than that, it is a very enjoyable place to stay with friendly and helpful staff

Room tip: My room looked into a rather small lane and other balconies. The neighbours were quiet and a/c noise was non-existent...I think it was on the left of the hall as you come up the stairs...third floor.
