Description: Traditional Irish Bar in the heart of Enniskerry village loved by locals & visitors alike. Our pub is the perfect place to experience true village life with a great atmosphere and personal service. Enjoy one of the finest pints of Guinness in Co Wicklow with live coverage of all major sporting events on our flat screen TV's.

My husband and I stayed at the Powerscourt hotel and they offered a shuttle to the village where we found this tiny bar adjacent to the restaurant. We were served by Mash who was quite animated as were many of the patrons there watching horse racing. Friendly patrons and cold Guiness and several other great pints. Ordered two orders of onion rings which we shared throughoiut the bar because of such generous portions. Met nice locals and would suggest this for a fun, authentic Irish pub experience.

As suggested by other reviews I had the Beef and Guinness Stew. It was exceptional! You had better be hungry as it is a large portion. The beef was very tender and the flavors were well done. Went well with a pint of Guinness.
Great way to wrap up our last day in Ireland.

My wife and I called in for a drink and rather wished we hadn’t!!
I ordered our drinks at the bar and sat at the only free table. There were three televisions on in the bar; and we were below one of them!
The TV’s were showing horse racing and not all showing the same race.
“Our” TV seemed to attract most of the customers attention, most of whom obviously were hoping their ‘dead cert’ would romp home; and were visibly disappointed when it didn’t.
We left after one drink and we would have no plans to return.
The bar was old-fashioned in a 70’s style and was disappointedly characterless for a village pub.
Would I return? No

Three of us were shuttled here by the owner of the Guest House where we were staying. Excellent choice as the staff were friendly and the Beef & Guinness Stew was amazing!
