We looked online and saw good reviews for Murphy's Law but we were both disappointed with our meals. The starters were amazing but the mains and dessert were a big let down. The burgers tasted very processed, the chips and onion rings were lovely though. I ordered strawberry Eaton mess for dessert and got meringue cream and strawberry ice-cream, not a single bit of fruit.
The pub was lovely and most of the street were nice but the food was a let down.

Murphy's law is an amazing establishment.. the new premises is bigger and the new menu is fab..
It's really hard to choose from all the delicious dishes. The staff are all so friendly and efficient and they cater so well for families as well as groups. The portion sizes are huge and you won't leave hungry.I highly recommend a visit to Murphy's law.

Lovely atmosphere and staff so friendly.
The food was ok. I got the burger and found it a bit too greasy for my liking but not to worry.
It also has a lovely family atmosphere.

My husband had a creamy chicken on puff pastry, which was fine, I made the mistake of ordering the fish and chips. Greasy and thick batter, almost no fish and what there was, was dry and tasteless. Not a good experience.

We stopped here for lunch with a group traveling through Ireland. The beef and Guinness stew was the best of all the ones we tried, and that’s saying a lot. The restaurant was clean and is mostly frequented by locals. It’s not much to look at on the outside, but is definitely a good place for a meal.
