We are a family of 10 who spent a lovely week in Kerry last August. While the description of the house identified that there were 2 separate entrances to the house the 2 parts of the house don't connect internally and it really doesn't work for a party of 10. There is a sitting room up stairs that doubles up as a bedroom i.e the couch that sits 3 folds out into a bed. If you are willing to undress the bed everyday to use the couch that doesn't work really as the party of 10 can't sit together at all. The downstairs sitting room can only seat 3. There is room for another couch here. Anyone who sleeps upstairs can't stay in the downstairs house after the last person goes to bed because the door has to be locked before they leave. The house is very well stocked with more than usual for a holiday rental. Pros - good location, well stocked, hot water works, Cons - price to high for the sitting problems and separate access, not enough spare towels and sheets, washing machine badly leaked since the week before arrival. Suggested Improvements - extra couch in downstairs sitting room, internally connect the upstairs and downstairs (simple fix) and extra towels.
