This is a value course with some fabulous views but modest quality .
The green were tined and bumpy, and the course wasn't as well presented as it could be. We still had an enjoyable round on this course.

An American friend and I played 18 holes on one of those sunny and rainy afternoons. We rented 2 sets of clubs, were given balls and tees and my friend was given a complimentary trolley. The course has great views with some really interesting holes that have water features. We enjoyed the walk and the game, though we did lose a few balls.

We stayed in the holiday homes in Kenmare Golf club for a surprise 50th the end of April. The holiday home's are amazing, they have everything you could image and the view is stunning. I couldn't recommend staying here highly enough. We had dinner on the Saturday night in the Golf club, again beautiful. There was a large group of us aged from 86yrs down to 2yrs and everyone came away refreshed from a fabulous few days!!!!

Good challenge of golf for handicap golfers with some scenic but challenging holes and lovely bay views. Course relatively short but fairly hilly, and certainly no walkover for the average golfer with some holes requiring careful club and shot selection. Course in excellent condition and well manicured with really good greens. Friendly pro made us feel very welcome. Within walking distance from town centre. We played Wednesday morning on a fairly quiet course. 13 Handicap.

Four seniors played yesterday, great website, friendly and helpful reception, all very speedily organised. Spotless and very tidy facilities all close to the bustling and neat town. Large car park and busy in early morning. Tee time booking essential.
The course is a wonderful mixture of old wooded areas, wide fairways and testing superbly tended greens and some fun bunkers.
The course is a variety of stunning waterside holes towards the end of the 18 holes, the 17th and 18th are spectacular.
Great value days golf and we will be returning, thank you John O'Sullivan for your courtesy and kindness.
