This well appointed barn conversion is ideally located for exploring the Derbyshire Dales. We had a wonderful family celebration and all age groups were catered for from 8 months to 70 years! Great walks, lovely villages, lambs and calves on site, park down the road, barn well catered for everyone, including the play room, we would all highly recommend Littonfields. Bridget and Andrew the owners excel to make your visit a pleasurable and enjoyable one.

“Absolutely fabulous accommodation filled with thoughtful touches”

From the beautiful oak furniture to the well-equipped family games room, this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom barn conversion exudes real quality and comfort. Only place of this size we've visited that has thought to provide 2 (!) kettles for 12 guests. Logs for the woodburner, tea and coffee and milk for your arrival, the list goes on, including free visit around the working farm. We had a fabulous time and thoroughly recommend this property - and the owners!

“Luxury weekend break”

A beautiful barn conversion in a delightful village. Travelled there for the weekend with girlfriends and we wanted a touch of luxury. 5 bedrooms all with own bathroom facilities, underfloor heating and a fantastic upper floor with dining area for 12 and large living room with log burner.
We had the most relaxing time and everything needed was catered for. Very helpful and friendly owners who also recommended an outside caterer for us. The food delivered on the Saturday was outstanding and fantastic value for money. We would love to return for a Christmas or New Year break!

“Luxurious, comfortable break for a group of friends”
Reviewed 6 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

I brought together nine of my friends to celebrate my birthday; all of us busy with work and children, we all appreciated a weekend away in this beautiful barn.
We all loved the decor and the quality of the furnishings - really solid oak furniture and beautiful doors and flooring, for example - and found the barn warm, comfortable and welcoming. Layout was clever (putting the kitchen and living room upstairs gives you great views over the country) and the dining and living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms all extremely well equipped.
Derbyshire is lovely, of course, and the barn right in the middle of all the things a visitor would want to see. We did a great walk right from the front door!
The owners are kind and friendly, have thought very hard about what visitors might want from their stay and look after the barn with great care - we had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend it.

Stayed with family for a birthday celebration, the accommodation was first class, and would highly recommend this for a group get together, also worth considering the ' Dinner Ladies' catering if you want a special meal, everything is taken care of, including the washing up
