This house is in a great position on the North coast near Portstewart and Portrush. The views from the upstairs lounge are magnificent with views to Donegal. Bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. However the one downstairs bathroom badly needs a new shower cubicle which made showering a problem for everyone.

A lovely terraced town house located close to York Corner, Portstewart. It sits facing out over the old town golf course and the Atlantic ocean. The views from the front bedroom and the upstairs lounge are amazing. Downstairs you have two bedrooms, one a double and the other with a double and 2x singles. A nice victorian style bathroom with large shower which is spotlessly clean.

The staircase is lit by led mood lighting leading to the 3rd bedroom which is a perfect kids room with bunkbeds and a glass door permitting parents to keep a watchful eye on the little cherubs as mum and dad relax in the open plan lounge/kitchen. The perfect place to watch the sun go down over the atlantic or watching movies on the huge 55inch tv which has full sky package. The electric feature fire is stunning with its multiple mood lighting colours.

A well equiped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, toaster, microwave and most utensils/glassware etc you will need. Large washer/dryer downstairs. The decor is a mix of modern and traditional and you can tell the property has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

Bedding and towels are provided. Parking at the front door for a car and additional cars for visitors could be parked safely on the street outside. This house is really central to both Portrush and Portstewart with lots of restaurants and golf etc nearby. The house is on the actual Northwest 200 race course!!! Can recommend for both family holiday or groups of bikers/ golfers.

Myself, the wife and the two delightfuls spent a wonderful two nights in this house at the end of September. All I can say is "Wow". This house has it all. The view from the first floor open planned living room is spectacular and worth the rental fee alone. The beds were super comfy and the house has all the amenities you could ever need. The location is top drawer and within walking distance of both Portstewart and Portstewart. There is some of the best eating and drinking in Northern Ireland within easy reach and is an ideal location to visit all the nearby tourist locations. Looking forward to spending another weekend here again sometime soon.
