I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I booked with Paul. Save your money and time to do something else. A total con.
4 of us booked with Graham who's situated right outside the santana Hotel, he proved to be very friendly and helpful, we booked Comino and the Blue Lagoon and Gozo on two separate excursions, first was Comino and the Blue lagoon we were picked up outside our hotel bang on time with a couple more stops then to buggiba jetty to board the boat, Graham had previously told us that if you pay an extra €10 for sunbeds on the top deck you also get preferential service at the bar so that's what we did, bar queue was massive but we got served straight away every time, boat went to Gozo first and dropped off some people there about half twelve then straight to Comino and the blue lagoon (5 minute trip) , we was told by Graham about footwear, it's very rocky and uneven ground where the boats Dock so be prepared, you can swim where the boats Dock its very nice but beware of the jellyfish 3 of us were stung and many others too, the blue lagoon is about a 350 yard walk from the docking point over very uneven ground which won't be suitable for the less mobile it was also very very busy but enjoyable, boat left for Gozo at 3 to pick up those dropped off earlier, returning to the blue lagoon before leaving for home at 5 all in all a very enjoyable trip but I'd recommend hiring the beds.
Second trip was Gozo again picked up promptly and and taken to the ferry terminal, crossing took 25 minutes where we then board the hop on hop off bus so you can spend time wherever you like, we were mostly in Victoria, we were given 3 choices for transfer back to hotel which were 4, 5 and 6 o'clock, bus was there waiting when we arrived back again a very enjoyable trip, but I would recommend doing Gozo on its own as you get loads more time there compared to the Gozo /Blue Lagoon option.
The only thing in their min is money, and they dont care about anything Else.
The bus was suppose to take 1 hour, but took 3, the bus on the way home didnt Come. The ferrie is dirty and to man People and the Staff are angry all the time.
I live in the neighbourhood where Supreme Cruises docks. I've never used their services, but the total disregard they have for the residents and other businesses in the vicinity is absolutely horrendous. Imagine waking up every morning to the very loud thumping sounds of a cheap disco! Crappy PR indeed. If they don't care about their neighbours, they care even less about their customers who they'll rip off only once.
Total scam. Was promised by the British guy in Sliema that we would have at least two hours in Gozo with a guided tour that would take us to the main spots but we were literally dropped off in the middle of no where with no map or directions on how to find or see anything and only given an hour. The time there was wasted trying to find somewhere to eat lunch and then it was time to get back.
Takes over an hour and a half to get to Gozo because you have to do a second pickup which is not ever mentioned and accounts for most of the day. By the time you get to Camino/ Blue Lagoon you’re already in such a bad mood that it’s hard to enjoy and is overpopulated with tourists. No place to sit, grab chairs or lounge - complete tourist trap.
Staff were all rude and couldn’t be bothered with any questions and the beer and wine are horrible and served in such tiny cups that you have to wait in line every 15 minutes for the next round.
Best to hire a private tour or save your money.
The place we visited (Gozo & comino) was was really nice, just a shame about some of the locals. As we were getting on the boat I got elbowed out of the way by a woman who barged past everybody thinking she had a right to get on first. Then as we were leaving we overhead some of them (in bad English) swearing at us and laughing. Bit of a shame as Malta is a really nice place.
