Regular Accor group user. We arrived at 3.30pm to be told room not ready so fortunately room re-allocated. Room & lift & corridor though clean were tired, scraped & worn. First in Restaurant at 7pm for dinner only got the main course at 8.20pm, really slow with no explanation. Worst stay with Accor yet. Where has it all gone wrong? Expensive for this level of service.

Little to say other than it did what it said on the tin. Ie a very comfortable room with all the facilities one might expect for a little over €100 per night. Useful central location. Parking underground but that is a public car park and thus paid for separately but being directly underneath the hotel it was very convenient.

Arrived tired from the road, receptionist polite and friendly, room well laid out and spacious, bed very comfortable, meal at the hotel was good, on the whole; asked for a steak 'a point' (medium), it arrived looking more 'bien cuit' (well done), waiter apologised and returned with a new plate and a perfectly cooked (to my taste) steak. No compensation for the extra wait and inconvenience offered.

Felt more like a motel by the highway. Don't think this is comparable to other Mercure hotels but we were just looking for a place to stay before heading of to Angers so location was great. Breakfast is the standard maybe a bit limited and more self service. Pools nice bit don't forget to bring your towel with you. People were friendly and helpful. Overall good but nothing exceptional.

I booked a family room at this hotel and as always with booking.com, the filter of children didn't go through to the hotel. So when I called to check whether this was ok, they had to change bookings around to make it possible!

But the room was spacious and comfortable. They have a parking but it's not secure so be ware when your car is packed with all your belongings.

Breakfast was nice but on the expensive side.

I would return though as they're friendly, accommodating and ideal location for motorway stops.
