NIce hotel, friendly staff and excellent facilities for disabled guests but the hotel restaurant didn't have much for vegetarians or vegans and my partner was offered fish, eggs and soup with creme, showing there is not a good understanding of vegenism. His "vegetable pasta" contained just tomatoes. The website advertised a vegetarian menu which left him disappointed as the options were not available. Most of the bars and restaurants are a good ways away in Tours (about 45 mins to 1 hour walk) and local food options were mainly fast food places with a few French restaurants with no vegan options.
We did have one of the best sleeps we've had in a hotel due to a large, comfy bed and quiet rooom.

Room tip: Park views at the rear of the hotel

Friendly welcome and helpful staff. The room was smallish but the bed was very big so that probably made it feel more so. Nice comfy bed, extra towels and pillows available in room. Lovely view over a small park. Good parking. Breakfast was good, with some local produce.

Hotel was generally nice and clean, free parking facilities and family room was spacious and served its purpose. Only negatives were the lack of restaurants or shops in the area (hotel restaurant was closed) and the extremely rude staff at the hotel!

what a find. We enjoyed a really comfortable night here and found it friendly, well located and well equipped. Accessing the adjacent car park was a bit of an adventure, but once we were unloaded everything was fine. The rooms are really nice, the shower rooms great. Just over the road is a tram stop, with a twenty minute ride into the City centre for the evening. This means it is easy to get to the hotel by car, it being in the suburbs, then easy to get into the city with no concerns about parking or having a glass of wine or two. The tram fares are really good value, certainly a surprise to us English. Breakfast at the hotel was not cheap but was quite acceptable. Recommended as a stopover hotel as it is close to the main E5 / A10

Just stayed here on business visiting one of our warehouse locations in Tours. Our French office has a deal set up for this hotel so I went with it. Not my typical level of hotel but it was clean and the bed was comfortable with an adequate shower. The meal was exceptional when you consider the hotel but that's France. The room smelled a bit musty which happens that wet time of year in France. They've always got the heat blazing in these places and so with the moisture it starts a terrarium effect. I opened the window to let some fresh air in and soon adjusted. That let some noise in but once it cooled down, I was able to close it. If I visit again, I'd probably ask my colleagues to set me up in the Tours center but for one night, it was just fine. For a tourist motoring around the back roads of France wanting to visit Tours, you should probably pass on this one.

Room tip: Request a room away from the street if you want to open a window
