This hotel is a bit lost in a small industrial area, but perfectly located -if you have a car- to visit the city of Bordeaux, the surf coast to the west, and the vineyards in the east.
The property is bright, modern, very well maintained, and clearly recently renovated.
Reception was very friendly and efficient, and this quality remained present throughout our 3 night stay. A special mention to Sarah in this regard, but also her colleagues all made us feel welcome and supported.
Our room was for 3 adults, and well-sized. The 3rd bed was a 1-person pull out sofa of really very good quality! Another unique feature of our room, which I have NEVER experienced in a hotel before is the presence of BOTH a Nespresso machin and its novel tea equivalent "Special-T". Amazing tea, by the way, and brewing your own cup in your room is so nice. Do note that milk is NOT present in the room (you are in France!), so ask it if you need it in your coffee or tea. Everything in the room (TV, shower, hair dryer, safe) was clean, modern and functional, EXCEPT the fridge. The fridge is in a closed cupboard and cannot get rid of the heat it needs to produce when cooling down; the result is that it does not cool well. The 3rd night we left open the cupboard door, and then the fridge worked.
Breakfast is quite OK for the type of chain hotel, but not something we would take every day (no variation, and rather limited choice), even though the quality of what is offered is good (and again the waiter was great).
The pool is really very small, and we never used it or saw someone use it. But the outside area is quite pleasant for a late night drink, or for breakfast.
Two last tips:
- there is a supermarket across the street
- there is a computer with free internet in the hotel lobby (for boarding passes, you just need to email it to the front desk, and they will gladly print it).
All in all we were very happy: excellent price-quality. We will not hesitate to come back here.

Dear guest, thank you very much for the time you took to describe your stay in our hotel. We are really glad to know you’ve spent a lovely stay with us. We transmitted your greetings to all our team. You were staying in one of our brand new rooms, which were built according to our guests’ opinion and needs and it’s important for us to know that you like it.
According to what you call the “fridge”, it’s in fact a mini bar and it’s only supposed to refresh the drinks we put inside. But if it didn’t cool enough, you should have asked the reception that would have come in your room to find a solution. We regret that our breakfast, with all the variety we offer, (fresh bread, scrambled eggs, crepes, yogurts, jams…) didn’t satisfy you that much, but we are glad that the quality and the service met your expectations.
We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again in our hotel.
Best regards,
