Had such a nice time at the secret yurts! The place is amazing great location, we stayed in Rowan yurt and everything inside was lovely, so cosy and quirky. Loved the feathered quilt kept us nice and toasty along with the fire (which they provide wood and coal for). We loved the hot tub and we went on a lovely walk that they recommended. Also, I love wildlife so hearing them at night made it really peaceful! The only possible negative I could say is that the hot tub is shared. We didn't mind this at first however, on our last night we discovered that the other couple made a comment about us that we were "blasting awful music day and night" this upset us as we did try to socialise with the other couple and did not 'hog' the hot tub in any way as we was out most of the day and went out for tea in the evening. We never had the music on full at any time as it was just perfect on a medium setting. Even the owner said the music Was just about loud enough on full because of the noise of the jets. I think the other couple judged us immediately as we are much younger than them. I think if we had our own hot tub even with the shared kitchen it would be absolutely perfect! We would definitely return. Thank you!

Yurts may be distantly related to tents but to be clear this is not a camping experience. We compared our stay with a luxury hotel and in every way it was better. More personal, more private, more space and of course the location on a remote hill helps stress to melt away.

My chap booked a weekend stay here for us for Valentine's & all I can say is WOW! We we're both blown away! The yurts are beautifully decorated-attention to detail was impeccable! From candles, fairy lights and snuggly housecoats we really felt we was in heaven! Sitting outside early morning soaking up the amazing views to relaxing in the hot tub at night star gazing and sipping on champagne! The facilities here are great with your own bathroom and shared kitchen area with plenty of space and utensils. Plenty to do in the area also if you wish to go out and about and enjoy the beautiful outdoors! Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall is a must! We came to the secret yurts for a relaxed romantic weekend and that's exactly what we got can't wait to return!
We loved our stay in Rowan Yurt. The yurt was so cosy, quirky and lovely. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub with a few Prosecco 's. The sky light in the yurt was a lovely touch as we were able to see the stars whilst we were in bed. There were lots of lovely things to do and see in the area. Tracey, Terry and Mutley the dog were very attentive and lovely hosts! We will definitely be visiting again!

Where do I start? As a couple we have travelled all over the world and never have we ever come across anywhere so romantic and intimate. The yurts are just perfection, with so many thoughtful touches and beautiful interior. The kitchen and bathroom are easily 5* standard and I could have spent a whole weekend hopping between the stunning sauna and giant hot tub. I haven't stopped talking about the yurts since we got home and I cannot wait to return.
Tracey is a fantastic hostess and the area has so much to offer from walks, to pubs and restaurants, to art galleries.
I cannot recommend the Secret Yurts enough. Love love loved it.
