Booked a larger room in the motel, with extra bed to accommodate ourselves as well as our 3 year old. When we arrived at our room it was older style, but clean enough. However it didn't have the extra bed we'd booked for our child. We went back to query this and they said that the larger rooms were all under repair so "upgraded" us to one of their 3 bedroom cabins (when you walk into them theres big signs up saying "Not Accor Rated"... obviously Accor does't want anything to do with this side of their operations). It was absolutely disgusting - beyond repair, the cabin needed demolition. The bathroom was rotting and mouldy, dripping hot water tap also spilled onto my 3 year old and scalded her. Linen looked like it was 30 years old - might have been cleaned, but didn't feel it... nothing did. Spent a very uncomfortable night and couldn't wait to leave the next morning. Are travelling back through Albury and certainly won't be staying there then.
