3 of us stayed for a lads weekend and the villas were quite good. Had everything you needed for your stay, close to the beach and quite comfortable. No complaints from anyone.
The bed was so uncomfortable we left early after 2 nights so we could get a decent night’s sleep.
Seas the Day (unit 40) was clean and very generous in size but its a high use family holiday let and shows the wear and tear. The secure gated complex is in a good location near the beach with under cover parking outside each unit.
While the owner has recently installed new furniture including beds, TVs in all bedrooms & good A/C in the lounge and main bedroom, the bed and other issues made this a very disappointing stay.
The robe doors in main bedroom were stuck closed and couldn’t be used. We had to use a spare bedroom robe. We informed the manager who advised they knew about the problem. It seemed they just left it for us to find out for ourselves.
Some of the other issues were; no instructions on how to use appliances eg cooktop, TV channels, benchtop oven, missing sections in the vertical blinds in living room, several missing or burnt light fitting covers, a poorly fitting (new) range hood with a large hole in the ceiling, both showers leaked all over the floors.
All these and some other issues amounted to a disappointing stay.
We were a group of six and found the house comfortable, clean and well located, in a complex with BBQ and swimming pool facilities.
However there's need for some maintenance, mainly the door in the shower that doesn't close properly creating a small flood in the bathroom with every shower.
