Ok this is a mountain restaurant at nearly 3000m set in amazing scenery so you expect to pay more and rightly so. But please do something about the organisation. 25 minutes in a queue for soup is just not what you want. One person serving and one person on the till sat there waiting for most of the time is not efficient. We also had problems finding somewhere to sit. Was it busy? No. Many of the tables had reservations on them - some of them over an hour past the reservation time and still empty. Swiss quality food and proces but not Swiss organisation. Get your act together or I suggest everyone head over to Lagalb where the food is better and the sevice excellent!
