This is a really nice hotel. Big picture windows, lots of room, lovely shower, a kitchen with nice wares, and a big comfy bed. We like being able to go to nearby market and bring some food and wine back to the apartment for relaxing evening meal. The two ladies running the office were friendly, efficient, professional, and eager to help out in any way. The location and nearby transportation is good.

While traveling in Switzerland with our family, our planned accommodations fell through mere hours before arriving to the Swiss Riviera. We were distraught. With unexpected good fortune we were able to find lodging in Base Vevey- miraculously transforming our trip.
Our stay has been wonderful beyond all expectation. The town of Vevey, the hotel rooms and the staff have been friendly, cooperative and courteous in every way possible.
We cannot thank the manager Aloise and his staff member Mehdi and Gabrielle enough. Their efforts have turned our initial difficulties into the highlight of our vacation.
This town and its population are truly a gem of the Swiss Riviera.
We will absolutely return and heartily recommend to everyone we know.
If I could give more than five stars, I would.
Also, as a mother and business owner, the kitchen was essential to a happy family and the WI-FI worked exceedingly well for all business meetings and work requirements.
The balcony provided us with the most beautiful sunsets that are not done justice by pictures.

Very modern and trendy hotel at walking distance form the train station of Vevey and very close to the lake and the old city center.
We only stayed for one night in this hotel, but would gladly stay here again. The staf was very friendly and welcoming. We really had some nice chats with them.
The hotel room was spacious and very modern. We loved the excellent shower and the very comfortable bed. The room is more than just a hotel room. It comes equipped with a small seating area and a kitchen. Very convenient if you're looking for a place to stay longer.
The hotel also has bikes you can use and a lovely rooftop terrace with a gorgeous view on the surroundings. They offer their guest a box with a continental breakfast, delivered every morning at your room. But we didn't try this, so I can't comment on the quality.

Booking and leading to check-in easy. Lobby is fresh simple and modern. So is the check-in. Room at first entrance is just great. Modern and everything that is needed. Thought was put into it. Great hairdryer. Great shower. And shower soaps in big letters as they must know one does not shower with glasses. Easy access for late nights. I will be back many times. Thank you

Stayed here for 4 nights. Perfect location in a relatively quiet street, minutes from both the centre of town and the lakeside.
Extremely professional and helpful staff.
We had the Base Standard Room. Just the right size for a few days with all the facilities required from a serviced apartment.
Excellent cleaning. Absolutely nothing to criticize.
Rooftop terrace was very useful.
Would have no reservations about staying here again. Very good.
