We stayed from 8-15 April in one of the chalets.
Very clean and had everything you need. If I am being picky it could have done with hooks on the doors as storage is at a premium and would have made things easier.
The towel bales and linen were very good and worth the money
Would come again, but would probably pay the extra premium and opt for the lodge, just had a nicer feel to it with the extra bathroom and larger living spaces.

A lovely holiday thank you.

The on site bar is great, reasonably priced with a good selection of drinks and very good freshly prepared food. Football is on in the bay most of the time, which isn't my thing, but not overly loud.

We stayed in a privately owned and rented chalet on site which was lovely.

Stayed in our motorhome for 5 nights.
The receptionist was extremely welcoming when we arrived.
Check in procedures were excellent.

The touring site isn't particularly pleasing on the eye- very bleak and windswept.. no hedges or trees to break up the flat and uninspiring area.
We believed we had purchased a pitch with its own water tap but we were assigned a pitch (C17) as the owners wanted to group the caravans and motorhomes in the same area.

We were able to pick up the onsite (free) wifi using our booster system.
The toilets, although quite dated, were always clean.
The hot water took a while to come through the shower and if you kept your hand on the button (which was timed for about 10 seconds of water) it would cut it completely.

The site is quite remote and runs alongside a busy road. I don't think we would return, unfortunately. We didn't use the onsite restaurant or shop

We privately rented a chalet from a gentlemen and couldn't fault the chalet, the park on the other hand felt like they have false advertised big time. On the website showed lots to do and showed pictures of papa johns pizza, but on arrival there was no papa johns, small kids play area a tiny, amusement room was tiny and closed with about 5 ish games in, and the restaurant and bar seemed very dull it had football on and all the locals in, not much entertainment on apart from Sunday night. So we stayed in our chalet every night watching tv. I know it's out of season time but if there isn't a papa johns don't have pictures up on your website. The restaurant and entertainment facility's didn't feel very kid friendly either. Shop was tiny. Loved the chalet but park was rubbish and probably won't return again.

Dear Jodie,

Thank you for your feedback.
Would you kindly direct us to the Papa Johns advert as I cannot seem to find it anywhere. It must have been a misunderstanding somewhere, as the only pizza we are advertising is our pizza and our Thursday deal : 2 pizzas for the price one.
We provide evening entertainment and a kid's club throughout the high season and the arcade is open daily too. As this is the low season these facilities are open upon request. I am certain that my colleagues would have been more than happy to help!
Kind regards,
Andrea (Reception Team)
