what a rare find, fabulous place! although we didn't stay in (inn was booked solid over Thanksgiving break), we ate at Coya several times and walked around the beautiful premises. absolutely the friendliest staff and the most delicious food, no wonder it is hard to score a room! we are already planning for next year!

Ventana Windsports is unique with the best and friendliest staff, the best accommodation. The best food and the best equipment in the world for winter windsports fun.
Excellent staff: from Edgar who keeps everything running smoothly (and organized some wonderful New Years Day traditional dancers), to Kenny and his staff and all the gourmet meals, to Jose in the windsurfing gear dept who gave excellent equipment advice and also encouraged our 21 year old daughter to try to use the harness and footstraps which she has never attempted to do!! Everyone is so kind and treats each other like family. This a very special place and we feel lucky to get to return!

We are not windsurfers but we had the best 5 days ever. We kayaked, swam, mountain biked and paddled boarded. The staff are five star; we fell in love with all of them within 10 minutes. The food is excellent. Cannot recommend more highly. Very grateful to the owner for creating this slice of paradise for all of us to enjoy!

Room tip: Get the Beach House - right on the beach!

Our group of 10 had a range of ages, from 9 to 60 years. Some are kiters, some aren't. There was something for everyone at Ventana Windsports. Daily yoga, mountain biking, SUP, kayak, snorkeling. The beach is beautiful, the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. Chef Kenny produced consistently fabulous meals. Everyone had an amazing time! We will definitely be going back.

We arrived only to be met by a man who did not speak English. thank heavens the man we were with spoke enough basic Spanish to communicate with him. He didn't know we had a reservation. here we are two hours north of the Cabo airport in a town that was completely shut down. We ended up meeting a worker from the
neighboring property who got us in touch with his owner who got us in touch with the manager of our property. The property wasn't even ready for our
arrival. We ended up leaving and heading down into Cabo. Don't waste your time going here in the off months as it is not a place for anybody who's looking for a catered vacation or even one where they expect your arrival. Waste of precious vacation time.

Hi Lissette,

I am sorry you had a bad experience in our town but I believe you have posted this review in error, we were not open in the summer months for the last several years and we see no record of you having contacted us or made any reservation. Our resort is Ventana Windsports and we are now open on in the summer months by reservation for fishing/diving/relaxing but there are several other local businesses with the name "Ventana " as part of their name, perhaps you got crossed up with someone else? In any case if I am mistaken feel free to contact me.
