Great experience with our 6 month old daugther who spent 4 half days at the Baby Club. My wife and I could go and discover the beautiful mountains in the morning, afternoon we took the time to go for a walk with three of us or some pooltime. Thank you Baby Club Team, Maureen, Killian, Coline, Maeliss, Alexia, Marie, Sandy, Ila and Aliyah. You did a great job.

We spent a week there with family members from different age and we all loved it. We did hikes almost everyday, cycle, yoga classes, gym. The team of GO were wonderful and the village chef Mehdi was so welcoming. Rooms are nice, clean. The food is delicious, specially the cakes! Definitely recommend the place for people who likes to be active during their holidays.
The only thing to improve would be to have more quiet places in the club. It’s hard to focus on the book there were always some music, kids clubs near you etc.

The hotel is amazingly designed in an ideal environment, making it the perfect place for a fresh getaway.
The food was incredible even in comparison to other clubs.
The treks in the area are endless and each ones is a completely different atmosphere.
The most important thing are the people working there, the GOs, are super nice and friendly. I would note the mini and petit club personnel who are devoted to the well-being of our children.

Room tip: Bring warm trek clothes even in the summer, we go up to 3300 meters

Minimal baby room amenities, no working microwaves, no kettles, limited food. No plastic plates or cutlery etc. no English in baby club spoken so horrible for my nearly 3 year old (1 year old not bothered!) and no handover or any details of what they did for us. Lovely resort great location just nothing compared to our time in samoens.

We recently completed a trip to Club Med Alpe d’Huez and were disappointed with the service we obtained.

Firstly we booked transfers via Club Med and when we arrived at Grenoble they did not have enough vehicles for the number of passengers. We were made to wait over an hour at which point another minibus arrived. But still there was inadequate space for our family to travel together so we were split between 2 minibus. This is not what I paid for and I expect a full refund on the transfers. We have very young children and only had one bag which had their snacks, water etc as we assumed we are travelling together.

At the hotel itself my son have a sever egg allergy and was given egg in error by a member of your team at the ice cream counter. This was raised immediately to Anita who was apologietic but saying “sorry” is not enough. My son was violently sick, threw up all his dinner and was then ill the rest of the week. We asked the staff repeatedly if the ice cream had egg and they assured us it did not. However, the vanilla ice cream did contain egg and this is what my son chose. There is no labelling of allergens in the dessert counter / for most of the food. We had to ask for every station about allergens and often the staff did not know or would fabricate an answer.

i have emailed repeatedly since and no answer from club med.
