My wife and I as well as our two children lived in residence 316 from 15 - 18 July 2017.
On day 1, we informed the service team that floor drain in the shower was stopped. When we took a bath, used a sink or kitchen sink, water ran into the rest of the house.
The service team came up and stated that floor drainage in the bathing cabin only worked if you lifted the grate up / removed the water trap, thus providing direct access to the sewer. To ensure that it does not smell all the time, it should only be removed when the drain is to be used.
On day 2, we informed the service team that the drain from the toilet was also stopped.
The service team came and cleaned the toilet, but did not fix the problem. We had our two children at 5 and 8 with, so there were several cases of drains on the floor.
We had three nights at 1,050, - euro, and on return, I requested a deduction in the price, which was at first rejected. This was quite unfair!
We insisted on speaking to the service manager, and spoke to Stéphane Roussia, who confirmed that we would get 10% returned and he suggested that he would move on to the management and ask for further 40%.
We currently have the date of 12.08.2017, unfortunately, unable to find that we only got 10% returned.
Basically we have lived in a cottage where the drain did not work, with stench of s... and kitchen drain for 3 days for 945 euros !!!
Otherwise, everything else was okay.
