The hotel is in a good position for the port, only 10minute walk downhill but a bit longer coming back as uphill but not bad.
We were disappointed with the room, compared to other Best Western's we have stayed in in France. We tried to upgrade but none available. It was very small and very little hanging space and no where to store T-shirts, shorts etc. had to live out of case. I think people who stay here are only stay 1 or 2 nights 3 at the most so it would not matter.
The rest of the facilities Breakfast room and Pool area were great. Breakfast was buffet style but an excellent selection.
We paid 189 Euro's per night and thought this was OTT for room compared to other BW and the Holiday Inn's we stayed at on way down both 4* and larger rooms and 80 Euro's per night less. It could be as this is South of France they can achieve rates.
Our room was on ground floor and faced a road but noise was not a problem, had a balcony but who would sit out looking at woods and a road.
The staff were great very helpful and friendly, so no problems apart from disappointment with room.More
