Plenty of positives- price, proximity to the train station only one or two stops (depending on termina)l to CDG, room very clean with small ensuite bathroom, insulated from noise.... and for a very low price.

Downside is the whole area closes on a night leaving only one restaurant in the area open.

But you knew that when you booked. Or would have done if you had done a little bit of homework.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you have a very early flight from CDG airport or land very late. Was surprised how relatively clean the corridors were. Room was clean. Paid a ridiculously low rate for the night (less than EUR30). Large shower. I stayed in room 315 that overlooks the park and trees. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as flights taking off and landing can be disturbing when trying to sleep. No kettle in room for tea/coffee, so bring your own. Just a pity people smoked at the windows so then the tobacco smoke also drifted into my room. Wifi is fast.

Stayed for 1 night in late June, the room was very very hot. No air con so just sweated all night.
I suppose you pay your money & you take your chances but at €169, I would have expected a decent room. I had a double bed with third bunk above, a tiny shower/toilet.
Breakfast was basic, bread, jams, orange juice, yoghurt and hot drink.
Check-out was difficult as I wanted a receipt that had to be printed at the next door hotel, as had been the check-in the night before.
Not recommended unless you are really in a fix!

Was booked in for four nights, left after one. The room is small, dirty and smelly. There is no shower, just a drain in the corner of the bathroom with a shower head over it. We never saw anyone working there, checking in, checking out and any questions we had, we had to go to the hotel next door were the staff there were rude. It is a close drive to the airport but there's nothing else around it. I mean nothing! The hotel had a sign up saying the restaurant would be closed for four days. So we walked and walked until we found a McDonald's. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you got there last thing at night (and didn't want to eat!) and left first thing in the morning to go to the airport.

What an absolute dive..nothing in the room..really small with a smell of s**te from the drains..nothing around god bless the MacDonalds 40min away, only for the MacChicken sandwich and the packet of chips we had we'd be dead with the hunger.Walls and ceiling filthy ,not even a bit of soap in the bathroom..I signed in to this trip advisor yoke just to warn people of this spot..it makes Guantanamo bay look like the four seasons..we've had to book another hotel for the rest of our trip and no refund from this hole . We decided to leave after the woman at reception nearly had a stroke when we asked for 2 cups of hot water to have a decent mug of Barry's tea ..we have no hot water here she said???that was the straw that broke the camels back, what a complete waste of time and money.
