HORRIBLE customer service!
It may be cheap, but it is also 30 minutes from anything in Paris and the front desk staff is annoyed with you half the time. I have been trying to get a refund for the past month since the front desk attendant said that he couldn't find my reservation which I booked through Hotwire. They threatened to lock my room-because HE couldn’t find it, so I ended up paying again. Turns out, he was looking only through Expedia and not through Hotwire, so now they owe me a refund, and after sending FOUR emails over the last 3 weeks, I called only to have the front desk attendant YELL at me and be EXTREMELY rude.
Everything in the room looks like it’s worth about $50, and there is a lovely view of the parking lot. There is NOTHING around the hotel, and you will have to take bus to the airport and the metro from there.
Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay in Paris…it’s not worth the time lost traveling or the EXCEPTIONALLY HORRIBLE service if something goes wrong.
Now I have to file a complaint with the BBB and Hotwire in order to get a refund all because the front desk staff is lazy and do not know how to do their jobs well.More
