Ive stayed in budget hotels before on odd occasions and had some great things to say. The only good thing is can say about this hotel is the location is good for tgr price, but you need to also accept the attitude from some of the receptionist.

The rooms are very budget, single beds are not good for those who like a little space to strech, sink is seperate to the toilet (next to the window). Talking of toilet, its like one of those building site potable loos.

We had a room that had no warm water, so we could not shower with warm water for 2 days, and nothing was done about it.

No air con in rooms, you need to remember your code to get in your rooms. We had 2 in one room and 3 in another.. the 3 room is not suitable for 3 people. No phone in the room either.

Pay a little extra and enjoy your stay. But remember PARIS IS EXPENSIVE!

Nice and inexpensive, but out in a remnote suburb (20 minutes' walk to the metro) and very, very basic - the number of pillows varied daily from 3 to zero, there were no plates at breakfast ("you can use the tray"). But good wifi and friendly staff and cheap.

Having stayed here a number of times I was saddened by this stay. Based on this recent experience I will not stay again

It took around 90 minute's to check in, one night the code for the door didn't work. It took 2 hours to access the room. The staff seem overworked, friendly enough but this led to delays in our plans and having to wait 2 hours to get into the room.

We then had to move room, another hour of our time. Any interaction with the front desk was a slow and time consuming affair. THaving stayed in this hotel a number of times, after thehe rooms are starting to age and by the reaction to the door not working, I feel this is a semi regular occurrence. They were not surprised. The delay to get into the room was then first finding the master key. Which didn't work, so they had to find another copy. The surprise really was that the key didn't work. The door code not working didn't surprise them

The cleanliness of the hotel is down, it's not Ibis expectation, budget or no budget. It felt that a rush job was done every day.

I think there may have been staff changes since the other 5 or 6 times i stayed. And it's for the worse

I contacted Ibis to complain about the lost time of our vacation. Had a chat on the phone and was expecting contact once they'd investigated. Nothing came, Ibis standards have really slipped I think

Just too many problems really, i was late to meet friends because of one of these issues. I'll give it a miss in the future. It's a shame. It used to be very good

If it hadn't been for my broken leg, this would've been a lovely place to stay - just outside the manic city centre but if you're a walker, reachable on foot! easy to get the buses in to town or to metro, and a few restaurants within walking distance

We were only in Paris for a few days so the location was a bit of an issue. Other than that, it was exactly what we wanted/expected for the price. Clean room to be able to drop our bags and sight see. Staff was friendly
