Although this hotel is on a shopping complex, it's very easy to find and there are a selection of restaurants within walking distance. It's a little way out of the old town of Fougeres itself. The hotel is beautifully clean and modern with spacious rooms which are very well appointed indeed. It has plenty of free parking. Lovely bed with nice linen. Excellent bathroom and quite a bit of storage space. Quiet - our room overlooked the back. Lovely lounge with sofas and a bar. Superb breakfast with great choice. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly with one gentleman encouraging us to use our French in a very charming way despite speaking perfect English himself. We were looked after and welcomed to a very high standard. We ate at the Courtpaille almost next door and it was a very good meal with a 15% discount voucher from the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay in other Brit Parc establishments.

As we approached the hotel we were, to be honest, not expecting a good experience. The appearance was not immediately inviting and more than one of us thought we may end up looking elsewhere. It turned out to be the best value and by far the best experience in terms of outstanding service that we had had on our holiday so far.
Jerome, the Deputy Manager, couldn't have been more helpful at check in, but that was only the start.
The rooms are more than adequate - I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that were not as good, and certainly not as clean - and access to the internet was easy (and fast).
Most restaurants in Fougere are closed on a Monday and the taxi service is limited. Jerome gave us advice and even printed off a menu for the local Grill House. And then he lent us an umbrella from his car!
We returned to see the Wales Russia match. Jerome opened up the hotel's conference room and put the game on the large screen that dominated one wall.
Jerome is a first class host and we will certainly use Brit Hotels again

Upon arrival got a very friendly welcoming and even the evening and second day the
Employee was addressing me with my surname. He remembered it which is a sign of good customer service.
Room was clean and bed quality OK (was a it hard) but overall good.
Breakfast was small but not expensive neither. Good value hotel!

I stayed one night during a trip across France, my room was a good standard, it was comfortably furnished, clean and in good condition. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The hotel has excellent car park facilities with ample spaces for all guests. If in the area I would definitely stay again.

We used this Hotel as our first night stopover on our drive through France. Just far enough down from Cherbourg to feel that you were actually "on your way" and close to the main roads to make finding really easy. It is a bit out of town but that makes access very easy, downside is the amenities close by as it is basically on the edge of an Industrial Estate. However, there is a restaurant chain which appears to follow these Hotels around called Courtepaille and it was only a short walk to have a really excellent meal. The Hotel itself is clean, comfortable and secure. The staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. For a Budget Hotel I would recommend this one as being on the high side of excellent.Good value for money, good location and comfortable beds.

Room Tip: All rooms are basic and have views over the countryside or the Estate. For this sort of money you just pay up and take your choice.
