We have eaten at this restaurant several times (see my earlier review) but last Friday was the first time we had their special seafood menu (Friday's only).
Good fish in landlocked Umbria is a real rarity, so we we a bit apprehensive, but it was superb. The menu was:
Cold antipasto: marinated salmon, fresh anchovies, seafood salad
Hot antipasto: stewed octopus, mussels, small whelks (or some such) in garlic and tomato sauce
Troffie with vongole, tomato and rocket
Green tagliatelle with lobster
Fritto misto (prawns and calamari)
All this was 35 Euros each; we were too full to manage a dessert.
We was he sit down with an unusual but beautifully made local Viognier.
We really can't recommend this restaurant enough.
