Description: The velvety beach of Senigallia, the intense blue of the sea and the green hills of the Marches embrance and protect this fine culinary workshop whose leading player in the kitchen is the daring, theatrical genius of Moreno Cedroni. La Madonnina del Pescatore is one of the most innovative gourmet restaurants on the italian peninsula, which engages its guests in a kaleidoscopic culinary experience, seeking out the origins of the Marches that rediscovered and reinterpreted in a contemporary, entertaining style. The refined, minimalist and contemporary design of the surroundings is made even more welcoming by the dining-room service that is perfectly coordinated by the professional skills of Moreno’s wife Mariella.

Excellent dinner experience. The restaurant is by the sea-side, a few a kilometres from Senigallia town center and it is decorated with care in a modern style. I have been a few times and I have always focus on the fish dishes (they also have meat, of course, but the cook is particularly well.known for his inventions around fish). Service is polished without being too intrusive or formal. The tasting menu is well-balanced. Recommended if you want a top experience in the area. Obviously, you can eat for much less around, but not with this overall quality.

I was taken here by my hubby for my birthday.

The dinner exceeded my expetations.

Innovative food, well presented by a very discreet, professional staff.

We had a table outside, in front of the sea and we were taken perfect care of.

When we were going to have the dessert we asked for a specific sweet wine that was almost finished (they had a trouble with the bottles), but the lady who was looking after us, went out of her way to find some for us, and we were not charged for it.

Everything was perfect.

I would only advise people looking to "party" that this is not the place too.

There were 3 men seated at a table behind us who were vulgar, loud and definitely not belonging (but the waitress was extremely professional with them).

Nearly missed this restaurant as it is beneath a small block of flats on the beach front. Service was pretty good though the welcome was a bit confused while we sorted out the parking slips we had to put in our cars. Some great flavours such as the parmesan choc ice which was a good amuse bouche. Flavours of anchovy again showed off flavours such as the bagna cauda ice cream. The deserts were the low point of the meal as they seemed a bit of a gesture particularly the suprise one concerning "active volcanoes". Again very fair wine markups we had lovely bottles of Bucci Verdicchio for about £20. If i were going to Senigallia again i would return to Uliassi i think as the whole operation and welcome was much warmer and professional.

We had the prix fixe menu that was the traditional set menu for 90E. The food here is inventive, beautifully presented and delicious. The dining room is warmly lit with real candles on table. The service was unobtrusive and professional. The staff went out of their way to make sure our visit was optimal. Excellent.

Meal was superb, quite atmosphere, great service. Big portions for appetizers, above the average for fine-dining restaurants. Best part was the chocolate tastes at the end. Excellent experience overall
