Nearly missed this restaurant as it is beneath a small block of flats on the beach front. Service was pretty good though the welcome was a bit confused while we sorted out the parking slips we had to put in our cars. Some great flavours such as the parmesan choc ice which was a good amuse bouche. Flavours of anchovy again showed off flavours such as the bagna cauda ice cream. The deserts were the low point of the meal as they seemed a bit of a gesture particularly the suprise one concerning "active volcanoes". Again very fair wine markups we had lovely bottles of Bucci Verdicchio for about £20. If i were going to Senigallia again i would return to Uliassi i think as the whole operation and welcome was much warmer and professional.
