Good service and good support from the staff especially from Mrs. Sofia.
Every time she’s going to ask me about the room cleaning and AC functions very kind of her.
In the morning she is very gently and smiling and asking if the breakfast was good and varied in terms of food.
Really appreciate this young lady.
Very good location, easy access to reggio and Parma, the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast was good, including fruits, coffees, jouice....the only issue was the wifi; you can,t access to your email in the rooms and it is not easy in the reception
I spent one night due to business meeting at this region ...the hotel is nice , the room was clean and the king bed was comfortable ... the breakfast was poor for 4 star hotel...the hotel is located at quiet zone ,near shopping mall (5 minutes by car)...
Stayed two nights, only because it was a pre-pay.
Was first sent to a room with obvious cigarette smell.
Next room was missing obvious amenities and had burnt-out lightbulbs.
Carpets were stained.
This was not a 4 star hotel, should be re-classified.
The icing on the cake: staff was cold and pretentious-acting. For what? Any request at the Front Desk was met with an attitude of being bothered. Without exception, each person. And at the breakfast buffet a waiter hovered about, seeming to take note of everything you took. Hating customers seems to be their Number One Priority!!
Would never, ever recommend this place; this put a real damper on my lovely Italian memories.

Stayed at this hotel for six nights on an educational trip from the UK, without exception, all of the staff from breakfast to reception and in particular the bar and restaurant, were polite , friendly and courteous, nothing was too much trouble . The rooms are immaculately clean and the food is varied and plentiful, the only thing that was an issue was the wifi being a bit hit and miss and lack of English channels on TV, and this is being picky !
