first of all, thank you so much for your recent stay at our hotel. I am so glad that the average service, room and breakfast were as expected. I’m so sorry for the troubles with door and bugs (for any need our staff is always at client’s disposal). Please note that in the hotel there is a system that detect the problems due to fire alarm and, in case of real emergency, there is a 24hours assistance.
We hope to have the honour of serving you again should your travels bring you back to Reggio Emilia.
