As noted by others, you are staying in a former monastery with huge ceilings, an open courtyard and wide halls. Everything is spotless. They have a small fridge, microwave, but no utensils nor open kitchen. The machine makes all different varieties of coffee, but no hot chocolate. There is a supermarket on the next block. Wifi was spotty when I was there.
The open courtyard is lovely, but you do hear the music played in your room. It was very quiet with no street noise. Only noise other than the music was the church bell wake up call at I believe 7?
I did splurge on the dinner provided. 18E for two primi, one secondo, aqua, service. Who knew I would enjoy such a lovely meal. I told the staff it would cost anywhere from $40 to $50 US depending on how fancy the restaurant for that quality of food. Dinner service was attentive and good just like you find at most restaurants.
The bus to/from the train station is right on the next block which came in handy taking my early morning train.More
