We stayed here for 3 nights on a tour from uk to geneva - elba - corsica - la rochelle. Porto Azzuro itself is a quaint harbour town with plenty of restaurants and bars.
This Hotel is on top of a hill and you either need to walk on a road or on a path which definitely needs some light clothing and no heels. We actually enjoyed the walk as it offered some fantastic views. Our room was fairly small with a big bathroom, it had rhe tiniest tv in the corner of the room. But one is on holiday so it didnt matter to us. One of the highlights was certainly the breakfast. The restsurant had some amazing views and the staff were fantastic. You had a choice of a cooked breakfast and continental as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel.More
