We (two adults and child of 11) stayed in this hotel 3 nights in August. objectively a clean, well positioned, little, family run hotel, offers rooms which look at a beautiful inner patio with grape vine and cacti plants. That's it, no other amenities like a lounge, pool, bar or any typical, hotel-type services, yet we paid €320/night! For literally a room with double bed, added single bed plus bathroom. Enough space to move around the furniture.
