We had no view, a bit of noise from others because of little insonorization. Staff is nice and kind, breakfast just so so. We had trouble with the air conditioning system. The place is acceptable for a short stay.

Booked a 4 day break to Ponza to get away from hustle of Rome. Wanted something central and have a spectacular view of the harbor and city. Hotel La Baia did not disappoint. First thing you will experience at this hotel is the friendliest service I have ever had from Anna at the front desk to the owner Roberto. We stayed on the top floor in Room #302 and had a breath taking view of the water from our balcony door. The sunrise was amazing each morning. Breakfast was included which was typical Italian/European with owner Roberto manning the expresso machine. The staff was always ready to offer advice on what and where to go on the island and we always felt so welcomed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The hotels has a very good location. Near to restaurants, boat rental companies, to the beach. Our room had a beautiful view to the sea. Insist on a room with a balcony. The rooms on the backside look to a wall unless you are on the 3rd level. The staff is very friendly and nice. Even most of them can not speak english, it was not difficult to communicate. The room was big enough and clean. The breakfast is OK.

The hotel is beautifully, simply furnished and very cosy. The room was lovely and the view was great.
The hotel is very conveniently situated next to the harbour.
Staff were very helpful, and the dinner was good.
Breakfast was only average - I suppose Italians just don't 'do' breakfast!
It was very cold during my stay, and staff were very helpful in ensuring my room heating was functioning.

We stayed here in July 2011 and everything was just perfect. The view from our room was spectacular, specially at night, overviewing the harbour. A cute little hotel to pick as a romantic getaway. The owners themselves manage this hotel and these people know how to do their business! You can tell! Room was cozy and basical and a continental breakfast served every morning. A special thank goes to the owners that make us feel as home! We'll be back! Ponza is a special place!
