We walked all through town looking for the perfect cafe to have a hot chocolate. This was it. Quaint old interior, extensive tea, coffee and hot chocolate lists. Good ham and cheese and good strudel. Lots of people were having wine and enjoying themselves. Will be back

Even if you are watching your weight, you need to pop in to Cafe Corso at least once during a stay in Ortisei, Val Gardena. It's a beautiful spot in the centre of the town serving delicious cakes and pastries, speciality teas and coffees, and a wide range of alcoholic drinks. The strudel is amazing. Highly recommended.

A very nice building, outside and inside, always busy cafe, with great coffee and cakes. Love their latte macchiato :)

I haven't had a thick hot chocolate in a public place for YEARS!!! Every time I order one I ask for it to be made thick, and every time I get a liquid one that comes from a ready-made bag or some kind of soluble powder that doesn't allow for any change to be made.

But this time it was different!!! It was hot, thick and just sweet enough!

I did not try their other sweets, but if the chocolate anything to go by, I would swear they must be just as good!!!
