This place is easy to find on the main road into Montepulciano, which unfortunately makes it a bit noisy. We had the upstairs 2 bed apartment which was beautiful, well equipped (although no kettle), had that old Tuscan charm and was exceptionally clean.
The host was lovely, although he spoke little English, we managed to understand each other.
The pool area is well kept and the olive grove gave it that little extra bit of Italy.
As for the road, it does get busy and is quite difficult to walk from the apartment into town, especially at night. I’d recommend driving to the cathedral at the bottom of the hill and walking in.
Tip: ask for a ground floor apartment at the back of the property so you can enjoy the outside space and it’s quieter.More
